567jl Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 567jl, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activities on our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules and regulations that may apply to specific games, promotions, or services. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. You represent that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming sessions. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all transactions, and forfeit any balances or winnings.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You must immediately notify 567jl customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 567jl account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), credit cards, and debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

Deposited funds are available for gameplay immediately upon successful processing. 567jl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. All deposits are considered final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will generally be processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to account verification and security checks. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period (daily, weekly, monthly). VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing. 567jl reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or withdrawals below the minimum threshold.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

As a licensed gaming operator, 567jl maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, impose additional wagering requirements, or refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 567jl may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback rewards, free spins, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically ranging from twenty (20) to forty (40) times the bonus amount) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be processed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by 567jl to be undertaken in bad faith, will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and potential account closure.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 567jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your 567jl account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

567jl is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, server downtime, payment processor errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we make every effort to ensure platform reliability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 567jl services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through good-faith communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Account Closure and Termination

567jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crimes
• Creating multiple accounts or duplicate accounts
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than twelve months may be closed)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to 567jl. Bonus funds, unredeemed promotions, and VIP benefits will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will be unable to reopen your account for a minimum cooling-off period of six (6) months.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 567jl regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by 567jl of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 567jl may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to you.
